Stripe is looking for an experienced Operations Insights Analyst to join our Tax team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our tax operations. You will work closely with our tax team to provide insights and recommendations that will help us optimize our tax processes and minimize risks.

This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the US. The salary is negotiable based on your experience and qualifications.

• Analyze tax data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Provide insights and recommendations to optimize tax processes and minimize risks.
• Collaborate with the tax team to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of tax operations.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key tax metrics.
• Participate in tax planning and compliance activities.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations.
• Train and mentor junior team members on tax operations and data analysis.
• Support the tax team in resolving complex tax issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in tax operations or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
• Proficient in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau.
• Experience with tax software and systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
