📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware, including servers, workstations, laptops, and networking devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
• Perform regular maintenance and updates on IT hardware to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor and manage hardware inventory, ensuring accurate records and timely replacements.
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain network infrastructure.
• Provide technical support to end-users, assisting with hardware-related issues.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest hardware technologies and industry trends.
• Participate in on-call duties to address urgent hardware issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT hardware support and maintenance.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Cisco CCNA are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of various hardware components, including servers, workstations, laptops, and networking devices.
• Proficient in using hardware diagnostic tools and software, such as HWiNFO, CrystalDiskInfo, and Wireshark.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
