📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our logistics and cargo services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
• Manage and analyze sales data to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Create and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and social media content.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to network with potential clients and partners.
• Provide regular reports to the management on sales and marketing activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the logistics or cargo industry.
• Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for business travel.
