You will work closely with project managers, architects, and other team members to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Overseeing construction projects from start to finish,Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget,Coordinating with project managers, architects, and other team members,Inspecting construction sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations,Managing and mentoring a team of site engineers and workers,Resolving any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process,Maintaining accurate records of project progress and expenses,Ensuring the quality of construction work meets company standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Site Engineer,Strong knowledge of construction techniques and materials,Excellent communication and leadership skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with construction software and tools,Valid driver's license and clean driving record,Ability to travel to different construction sites as needed
