Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth,Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities,Prepare and present business proposals and reports to management,Manage and mentor junior business development staff,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or related field,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth,Strong understanding of market trends and competitive landscape,Excellent communication and negotiation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in using business development tools and software,Fluency in English is a plus
