Toko Wati Computer is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth. This is an urgent position, and we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage and train restaurant staff to maintain high performance standards.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Resolve customer complaints and maintain a positive dining experience.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage budgets and financial performance of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food Service Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Experience in marketing and sales is a plus.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
