📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems.,Ensure the security and integrity of the IT environment by implementing and enforcing security policies.,Provide technical support to end-users and resolve IT issues promptly.,Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures to protect critical data.,Monitor system performance and capacity, and make recommendations for improvements.,Maintain documentation of IT systems, processes, and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in system administration or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and network protocols.,Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).,Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).,Proficient in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash).,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
