City Port Sentosa is seeking a dynamic and experienced Outlet Manager to join our team in Semarang, Jawa Tengah. As an Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our outlet, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales tracking.,Ensure the outlet is well-stocked and organized to meet customer demands and maintain a pleasant shopping environment.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Implement and monitor sales promotions and marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and increase sales.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the outlet meets or exceeds sales targets.,Maintain a high level of customer service and address any complaints or issues promptly.,Collaborate with the regional manager and other team members to ensure the success of the entire outlet network.,Participate in inventory and stock-taking activities to ensure accuracy and prevent losses.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role, preferably in a similar retail environment.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and team members.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.,Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales tracking, and customer service.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
