📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the design process from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality user experiences.,Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals.,Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard tools.,Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.,Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.,Ensure design consistency across all digital products and platforms.,Present design concepts and proposals to stakeholders and gather feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a proven track record of successful projects.,Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and solutions.,Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.,Experience with design systems and component libraries.,Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
