📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from request to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.,Develop and maintain supplier relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with procurement policies.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Conduct supplier evaluations and selections based on quality, price, and delivery performance.,Ensure compliance with all procurement policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Prepare and analyze procurement reports to support decision-making.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement operations and support business objectives.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, with a strong background in managing supplier relationships and contracts.,Proven track record of cost savings and efficiency improvements in procurement processes.,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
