📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and supervise a team of lab technicians, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.,Oversee the daily operations of the laboratory, including sample collection, testing, and analysis.,Ensure the accuracy and reliability of lab results by implementing quality control measures.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Train and develop lab technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Comply with all relevant health and safety regulations and standards.,Manage inventory and procurement of lab supplies and equipment.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of lab services with overall business operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Biology, Chemistry, or related laboratory science.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.,Proven ability to lead and supervise a team of lab technicians.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using laboratory software and equipment.,Familiarity with quality control and assurance processes.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
