QUARK Berjaya is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Design and conduct training workshops and seminars.,Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback.,Coordinate with department heads to understand training needs.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of trainers.,Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or related field.,Minimum 0-2 years of experience in training and development or related roles.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with training software and tools is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture.,Willingness to travel and work in various locations.
