📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to hiring managers.,Maintain and update job postings on various platforms.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Support the HR team in maintaining recruitment records and reports.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of recruitment strategies.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.,Passionate about learning and developing new skills.
