📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, including vendor evaluation and selection.,Support the negotiation process with potential vendors.,Process and track purchase orders, invoices, and receipts.,Maintain accurate records of procurement activities.,Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and presentations.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement operations.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.,Perform other related tasks as assigned by the procurement manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Maximum 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong understanding of procurement processes and principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
