📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in using production management software.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage remote teams.,Commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
