Sentral Hendra Coffee is seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our branch in Gresik, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This is a hybrid role, combining on-site and remote work. If you are passionate about coffee and have a strong leadership background, we want to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Conduct regular staff training and development programs.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Coordinate with the head office to ensure consistent brand standards and quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or retail industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Knowledge of coffee and beverage industry is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with hybrid work models and remote work tools.
