Net Bay Group is seeking a talented and dedicated HR Officer to join our team in Depok, Jawa Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Maintain and update employee records and files.,Handle employee relations, including grievances and disciplinary actions.,Manage leave and attendance records.,Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes.,Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
