In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and developing new business opportunities in Bali’s key areas: Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. You’ll work closely with local partners, stakeholders, and our headquarters to ensure seamless integration and growth of our brand in Bali.

You’ll be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive branch development strategy that aligns with our company’s vision and goals. Your expertise in market research, feasibility studies, and stakeholder management will be crucial in identifying and securing prime locations for our new branches.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify and evaluate potential locations for new branches in Bali.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive branch development strategy that aligns with the company’s vision and goals.
• Lead a team of dedicated professionals in the execution of branch development projects.
• Manage and maintain relationships with local partners, stakeholders, and key decision-makers.
• Ensure seamless integration of new branches with the company’s existing operations and brand.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of new branches, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in branch development.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and establish strategic partnerships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in market analysis, strategic planning, or business development, with a focus on branch development.
• Proven track record of successfully identifying, evaluating, and developing new business opportunities.
• Strong understanding of local market dynamics, regulations, and cultural nuances in Bali.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or similar.
• Familiarity with market research tools and software such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar.
