📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create accurate and detailed technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard software.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure drawings meet project specifications and deadlines.
• Review and revise drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
• Prepare construction documents, including blueprints, elevations, and sections.
• Ensure drawings are properly labeled, dimensioned, and annotated.
• Maintain and organize digital files and drawings for easy access and reference.
• Stay updated with the latest software and industry trends to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Assist in the preparation of project proposals and presentations for clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• 2-5 years of experience in drafting, with a strong background in design and architecture.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard drafting software.
• Strong understanding of architectural and construction principles and practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in technical drawings.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with architects, engineers, and other team members.
• Good time management and organizational skills to meet project deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Certification in AutoCAD or Revit is a plus.
