Government of Bangka Belitung Islands is seeking a visionary Director of National Civil Service Human Resources to lead the transformation of public sector workforce excellence in Pangkal Pinang. As the Director of National Civil Service Human Resources, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive HR strategies that align with national and local government objectives. You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure that HR practices are aligned with the government's vision and mission. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR policies and strategies that align with the government's vision and mission.
Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of civil servants to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
Manage performance management systems, including performance appraisals and development plans.
Lead the implementation of workforce planning and forecasting to meet government objectives.
Develop and deliver training and development programs for civil servants.
Ensure compliance with national and local labor laws and regulations.
Collaborate with senior leadership to drive innovation in HR practices and technologies.
Represent the government at national and international forums on HR and public sector workforce excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, or a related field.
Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that drive organizational success.
Strong understanding of national and local labor laws and regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar.
Certification in HR management or a related field preferred.
