📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.,Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.,Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and reports to potential clients and internal stakeholders.,Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business for the company.,Track and manage the sales pipeline, forecasting sales targets and performance.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and consistency in business development efforts.,Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities and progress.,Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company and network with potential clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and contributing to revenue growth.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Strong understanding of the technology industry and market trends.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
