📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and assess customer needs to recommend suitable insurance products from MSIG Life.
• Conduct product knowledge training sessions for bank staff to enhance their understanding of MSIG Life's offerings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with bank clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement bancassurance strategies that align with business goals.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for product enhancement and market expansion.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on sales performance, market insights, and customer feedback.
• Participate in sales campaigns and promotions to drive product awareness and adoption.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, banking, insurance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of bancassurance concepts and practices.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients and bank staff.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis and presentation.
