🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Good knowledge of HR policies and procedures.,Familiarity with team building and motivational techniques.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work collaboratively and as part of a team.
