📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of training programs and workshops.,Support the Learning and Development team in organizing and facilitating training sessions.,Assist in the creation and maintenance of learning materials and resources.,Conduct research and analysis to identify training needs and gaps.,Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of training programs.,Assist in the evaluation and assessment of training programs to measure their effectiveness.,Support the Learning and Development team in developing and maintaining relationships with external training providers.,Assist in the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS) and other learning technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a learning and development or training role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technologies.,Ability to conduct research and analysis to identify training needs and gaps.,Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
