Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage and supervise a team of dental professionals, including dentists, hygienists, and assistants.,Ensure compliance with all dental and health regulations and standards.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care.,Monitor and maintain high standards of patient care and service quality.,Handle patient inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive experience for all patients.,Assist in the development and implementation of clinic policies and procedures.,Participate in staff training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Dentistry, Dental Hygiene, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a dental clinic.,Strong knowledge of dental procedures and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Familiarity with dental software and management systems.,Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume dental practice is a plus.
