📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.,Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).,Create and manage content for social media platforms to engage with our audience and promote our products/services.,Monitor and analyze campaign performance using relevant tools and metrics to make data-driven decisions.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.,Report on campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.,Manage a team of digital marketing specialists and provide guidance and support.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Email Marketing, etc.).,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in using relevant software and tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Hootsuite, etc.).,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior.,Ability to manage and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists.
