📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure a steady and reliable supply of goods.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to secure the best possible deals.,Analyze purchasing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Assist in the development and implementation of purchasing strategies and procedures.,Provide reports and updates to management on purchasing activities and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role.,Strong understanding of purchasing principles, practices, and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
