📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Cook in preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.,Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.,Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.,Assist in training new staff and maintaining high standards of food preparation.,Prepare and serve food to customers in a timely manner.,Participate in daily kitchen meetings and follow all health and safety protocols.,Assist in cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 1 year of experience as a Cook or Deputy Cook in a similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to follow health and safety regulations.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,High school diploma or equivalent.
