📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client base.,Monitor client accounts to ensure they are meeting sales targets and goals.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of client accounts.,Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Attend trade shows and industry events to network and build relationships with potential clients.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or account management role in the retail industry.,Strong understanding of the retail industry and market trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Must be able to travel and work in Medan.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
